高光蒸汽輔助成型控制機技術(shù)是采用高溫蒸汽，當(dāng)注塑機合模后注入高溫蒸汽，首先把模具溫度提高到一個設(shè)定溫度值，然后開始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機完成保壓后迅速注入冷卻水或冷凍水，使之模具在短時間內(nèi)降到一個設(shè)定的溫度值后開模，再向模具吹入空氣把殘余的冷水吹走，完成一個周期的注塑過程，通過這種迅速冷熱方式控制塑料的成型可以完全解決塑料件的外觀缺陷，大大提高生產(chǎn)效率。
